Tronic B22 Pin Lamp Holder
TSh 3,500
Our review
This Tronic lamp holder is the fixture a bayonet-cap lightbulb plugs into. It is a batten-style holder, meaning it mounts to a ceiling or wall and connects directly to your home's wiring, so the bulb sits in the holder rather than hanging from a cord. It suits anyone replacing a worn holder or fitting a new light point where a B22 pin bulb is already on hand. Before buying, confirm your bulb uses a B22 pin base, since this holder will not accept screw-in bulbs. Also check whether your existing wiring and mounting position suit a batten holder, and whether you need a switched or unswitched type. Compare with pendant holders if you want the bulb to hang lower, or with screw-base holders if your bulbs are ES fittings. Installation involves mains wiring, so use a qualified electrician if you are unsure. Available on Sokonia.
