The CKE WG-162V is a countertop electric fryer built around two separate 16-litre oil tanks, giving 32 litres of total capacity, with each tank running on its own 5kW element. That combination of split tanks and very high power points to one kind of buyer: a kitchen turning out fried food continuously, where a single basket fryer would fall behind. Large restaurants, busy fast-food outlets and catering operations cooking in volume are the natural fit. Smaller kitchens should think carefully, because two 5kW elements draw serious current and typically need dedicated circuits; an electrician's assessment of your supply belongs before any order, not after. The twin-tank layout is the real advantage, letting you fry two different items at different temperatures at once, or keep one tank in reserve during a rush. Compare it against single-tank fryers of similar total capacity, which cost less but force you to compromise on temperature and timing, and against larger floor-standing ranges if your output is higher still.
