Pioneer TS-R6951A 6×9 3-Way Car Speaker Set, 50W RMS, 4Ω

Our review

This is a 6x9 three-way car speaker set from Pioneer's A-Series, rated at 50W RMS with a frequency response of 31 Hz to 35 kHz, 92 dB sensitivity and 4Ω impedance. The cone pairs rigid mica with light pulp, which Pioneer says helps reproduce clear, energetic loud and aggressive sound. It suits drivers replacing tired factory 6x9s who want strong output without adding an amplifier, since the high sensitivity means modest head units can drive it. Before buying, confirm your car accepts 6x9 cutouts and that your radio is stable at 4Ω. Compare against component sets if you want separate tweeters, and check mounting depth.
