The 1.2 kg capacity puts it in the range where you can fry for a family or a small group in one go rather than in repeated small batches. Cool zone technology is the detail worth understanding: it lets debris settle below the heating element so oil stays cleaner for longer, which matters if you fry often. The enamel bowl lifts out, so emptying and washing it is less of a chore than fixed-bowl fryers. The adjustable thermostat gives you control over temperature rather than a single on-off setting, and the permanent metallic filter helps limit cooking smells.
