Tronic Up and Down Wall Light

Our review

This is a wall-mounted LED light from Tronic that throws light both upward and downward, which is what the up-and-down name refers to. The manufacturer describes it as elegant and sleek, with a bright output once lit, and says it can be used inside or outside the home. That dual indoor-outdoor claim is the main thing to weigh. If you want a fixture for an entrance, a corridor, a balcony wall or a garden boundary, a two-way beam gives a softer, more architectural wash than a single downlight, and it usually reads as a deliberate design choice rather than plain utility lighting. Before buying, check the surface you plan to mount it on and whether power reaches that point, since wiring outdoors often needs more thought than indoors. Also confirm the light colour and brightness suit the space, because the same fitting can feel harsh in a small hallway and too dim across a wide yard. Compare it with single-direction wall lights if you only need light aimed one way, and with bulkhead fittings if you expect heavy rain exposure. Available on Sokonia.
