Tronic Water Heater Boiler 10 Litres

Our review

The Tronic Water Heater Boiler 10 Litres is a storage water heater, meaning it holds a tank of water and keeps it warm ready for use. The 10-litre capacity points to a unit suited to lighter demand: a single bathroom, a small household, or a kitchen or washroom where hot water is wanted at one point rather than throughout a large home. The tank is porcelain enamel, a glass-like coating chosen because it resists corrosion from hot water better than an untreated steel tank, which is the main reason heaters of this type last as long as they do. Tronic also states the design uses less energy, though how much you actually save depends on your usage and settings. Before buying, check the physical dimensions and where it will mount, confirm the power supply available at that spot, and think about whether 10 litres is enough for your peak use, since a larger tank or an instant heater may suit a bigger household better. Compare tank material, capacity and fit against other heaters in the same class, and note that this one is available on Sokonia.
