Ingco Torch Headlamp HHL013AAA8 — 180 Lumen CREE LED, IPX4

Our review

This is a compact head torch from Ingco built around a CREE XPE2-R3 LED, with two output levels: a 180 lumen maximum and a 45 lumen low mode. It runs on three AAA alkaline batteries and projects a beam up to 50 metres, with an IPX4 rating that covers rain spray rather than full submersion. It suits mechanics, electricians, night gardeners, campers and anyone who needs both hands free while working in dim spaces. Before buying, think about battery type, since AAA alkalines are easy to find locally but rechargeables are not mentioned here, and check whether 180 lumens is enough for your task or whether you need a brighter lamp. Compared with similar head torches, its main talking points are the CREE emitter, the 50m reach and the splash resistance, so weigh those against rivals offering rechargeable cells or higher output.
