Luminarc New Morning Mug 32cl, Set of 6, White Opal (Q4243)

Our review

This is a six-piece mug set from Luminarc's New Morning collection, each mug holding 32cl and finished in plain white opal. The size sits in the middle ground: generous enough for a large tea or hot chocolate, modest enough for a standard coffee. Because the design is plain white rather than patterned, it mixes easily with existing tableware, and the same collection is offered in decorated versions if you would rather have a print. Opal glass is the type of material to read up on before deciding, since it behaves differently from porcelain or stoneware in daily use. Check the listed capacity against the cups you already reach for, and confirm the piece count and colour on the Sokonia listing, as the New Morning range includes several variants. If you want mugs that double as soup bowls, this shape is a reasonable candidate; if you need stackable, space-saving cups, compare with lower-profile options first.
