Our review
This Hisense is a freestanding side by side refrigerator with a 474-litre capacity, finished in stainless steel with a flat door profile. Its standout convenience is the ice and water dispenser, which runs from a non-plumbing water tank, so you can place the fridge away from a water line and still pour chilled water without opening a door. Total No Frost means you should not need to defrost the freezer by hand, and Multi Airflow is designed to circulate cold air so temperatures stay more even between shelves. Touch electronic controls, LED lighting and a Super Freeze function round out the feature set. It suits larger households or anyone who wants dispensed water and a clear split between fridge and freezer sections. Before buying, measure your doorway, lift and the space you have allowed, since side by side models are wide and need clearance for the doors to swing. Check which side the hinges sit on and whether that works with your kitchen layout. Compare it with other side by side fridges on capacity, whether their dispenser needs plumbing, and how the freezer space is arranged, as side by side freezers are often narrower than a comparable top-mount.
