Our review
The Tronic Automatic Transfer Switch 150A is a controller built around a microprocessor, and that chip is what lets it watch the incoming mains supply continuously. When the main power is lost, or when the voltage swings too high or too low, the unit is designed to act. That makes it relevant to anyone running a backup generator or a second supply and wanting the changeover to happen without someone standing by a manual switch.
Before buying, confirm that 150A matches the load you intend to move and that the voltage behaviour of your supply suits the controller. Since no specifications are listed here, ask the seller on Sokonia for the wiring diagram, terminal layout and installation guidance. Compare it with other ATS controllers on sensing accuracy, how they handle overvoltage and undervoltage, and whether the changeover is adjustable. An electrician should assess your setup, because transfer switches sit between two live supplies and mistakes are costly.
