CKE Commercial Candy Floss Machine with Cart HGC-04C

Our review

This is a cart-mounted cotton candy maker from CKE, built around two ideas: turning out a lot of candy floss quickly, and heating sugar fast enough to keep production continuous. That combination points to a machine for people who expect a queue, not the occasional school fete. If you run a stall at fairs, markets, or events where demand comes in bursts, the emphasis on output and quick reheating is the part worth paying attention to.
Before buying, think about how the cart fits your setup. Consider where you will store it between events, whether you have a power source that matches what the machine needs, and how you will move it on uneven ground. Since no specifications are listed here, ask the seller on Sokonia for the details that matter to you, such as power requirements and cart dimensions.
Compared with smaller countertop spinners, this class of machine trades portability for volume. If your events are short and quiet, a lighter unit may serve you better; if you sell through busy periods, the continuous-production design is the reason to choose this one.
