CKE Commercial Cooking Range HGR-905 with Four Gas Burners

Our review

The CKE HGR-905 is a four-burner commercial cooking range built for kitchens where several dishes move at once. Each of the four gas burners is rated for high BTU output, so pans come up to heat quickly and stay there during a busy service. That combination of burner count and heat delivery makes it a reasonable fit for small restaurants, cafés, catering setups and canteens that need to run multiple pots or pans side by side without waiting on a single weak flame.
Before buying, think about how the range will sit in your line. Check the gas supply and pressure available on site, the ventilation above the cooking position, and whether the footprint and burner spacing match the pots and pans you actually use. It also helps to compare it with two-burner and six-burner ranges of the same kind: fewer burners suit lighter menus, while more burners add capacity but take up more space and demand more gas. Decide whether four high-output burners cover your peak covers, or whether you need a different configuration. The HGR-905 is available on Sokonia.
