Before buying, confirm your premises has a three-phase supply and the circuit capacity to carry 7.8kW, since a single-phase kitchen cannot run it. Also check the counter depth and clearance you have, and whether extraction above the unit is adequate for the smoke and grease a lava rock grill produces. Compared with gas charbroilers, electric models like this avoid gas plumbing and cylinder handling but depend entirely on your electrical supply.
