CKE Commercial Electric Blender WG-LY8001AJ-1.8L, 1500W Copper-Wound Motor

Our review

This is a countertop blender from CKE aimed at commercial kitchens rather than home counters. The 1.8L jar and 1500W high-speed motor put it in the class of machines used for smoothies, sauces and frozen drinks, and the copper-wound motor plus overheating protection suggest it is built for repeated daily use rather than occasional blending. It suits cafes, juice bars, hotels and busy home cooks who blend ice, nuts or frozen fruit often. Before buying, think about jar size against your typical batch, whether the footprint fits your counter, and how easily the jug and blade assembly can be cleaned between orders. Compare it with other commercial blenders on motor type, jar capacity and safety cut-offs, since those are the details that separate a machine that lasts from one that stalls. Available on Sokonia.
