The CKE WG-818A is a countertop electric griddle aimed at professional cooking rather than home use. Its 3kW element and 540mm flat top put it in the mid-sized kitchen bracket, which makes it a reasonable fit for snack bars, canteens and similar operations that cook continuously through service and need one surface to handle eggs, pancakes, meat and vegetables. Because it runs on electricity, it suits kitchens without a gas line or where extraction for gas is awkward. Before buying, check your counter depth and clearance, confirm your power supply can carry a 3kW appliance on its own circuit, and think about whether a flat top or a ribbed plate matches what you cook most.
