CKE WG-1500Y Commercial Spice Grinder, 1.5kg Chamber, 3kW
TSh 450,000
Our review
The CKE WG-1500Y is a heavy-duty electric mill built around a 1.5kg chamber and a 3kW motor, aimed at industrial-scale spice processing and high-volume commercial kitchens rather than home use. Its main appeal is batch size: you load bulk dry ingredients once and grind a large quantity in a single cycle, which cuts the repeated filling and stopping that slows output on smaller mills. It suits spice processors, food manufacturers, catering operations and busy kitchens that grind frequently in volume. Before buying, think about whether your premises can supply the power a 3kW unit draws, whether your workflow genuinely needs 1.5kg batches, and how you will handle cleaning and dry-ingredient changeovers between spices. Compare it with smaller-capacity grinders if your daily volumes are modest, and with other industrial pulverizers on chamber size, motor rating and build material. Available on Sokonia.
