CKE WG-1000Y Commercial Spice Grinder, 3kW, 1kg Batch

Our review

The CKE WG-1000Y is a heavy-duty electric mill built around a 3kW pure copper motor, sized for one-kilogram batches of dry material. It is aimed at spice wholesalers, industrial canteens and other operations grinding continuously rather than in pinches, where the torque needed to break down tough dried spices and grain matters more than countertop convenience. Before buying, think about your power supply and wiring, since a motor of this class draws serious current, and confirm the mill suits the textures you handle. Compare it with smaller domestic grinders on batch size and motor type, and with other commercial pulverizers on how they handle heat build-up during long runs. If your output is measured in kilos per session, this class of machine is the right conversation; if it is teaspoons, it is not.
