Our review
The CKE HW-6P-B is a stainless steel heated display cabinet built for keeping food at serving temperature while it stays on show. Its six-pan capacity and 3kW heating element put it in the professional bracket, so it is aimed at caterers, canteens, takeaway counters and anyone serving hot food over a long stretch rather than a household kitchen. Before buying, think about how many pans you actually fill at peak times, since a six-pan unit takes up real counter space even when partly loaded. Check the power supply your kitchen can support, because 3kW draws serious current and may need a dedicated circuit. Compare similar warmers on pan count, wattage and whether the cabinet is stainless steel throughout, and confirm the pan size it accepts. Available on Sokonia.
