CKE WG-B150 Commercial Planetary Mixer, 7kW, 150L

Our review

The WG-B150 is CKE's largest planetary mixer, a 7kW three-speed machine with a 150-litre bowl, supplied with a safety net and a trolley. It is aimed at buyers running industrial-scale output: large factories, central kitchens and industrial bakeries where mixing runs for long stretches and downtime is expensive. If your production fits a bench or floor mixer in the 20 to 60 litre range, this unit is likely more capacity than you need, and the power draw and footprint reflect that. Before ordering, confirm your available power supply can carry a 7kW motor, check the machine's dimensions against your doorway and floor space, and think about how you will move and load a bowl of this size. The trolley helps, but the working height still matters for staff. Compare it with other planetary mixers in the same capacity band on motor rating, number of speeds, and whether a safety net and trolley are included, since those are often extras elsewhere.
