CKE 15kW Commercial Induction Wok Cooker, 8-Gear Magnetic Control, 400mm Stainless Steel
TSh 4,600,000
Our review
This is a professional induction wok range from CKE, rated at 15kW with eight-gear magnetic control and a 400mm stainless steel cooking surface. It is aimed at commercial kitchens doing constant, high-output stir-frying rather than home use, since the power draw and duty cycle suit a restaurant line. Before buying, confirm your electrical supply can carry 15kW and that your cookware is induction-compatible, because neither is stated in the listing. Compare it with gas wok burners on running cost and ventilation needs, and with lower-powered induction units if your volume is lighter. Available on Sokonia.
