Our review
The CKE GF20Y-10L-A is a gas-powered rice cooker built around a 10L pot and an 8.17kW LPG burner, sized to turn out batches of roughly 4.5kg to 8.5kg of cooked rice. That puts it in the range of restaurants, staff canteens and outdoor catering operations that need volume without tying up a full range. It is not a domestic appliance, so expect a commercial footprint and a need for proper gas connection and ventilation. Before buying, confirm your LPG supply and regulator can feed 8.17kW, check that the pot size matches your usual batch, and think about whether a smaller countertop gas cooker or a larger boiler would suit your peak service better. Compare burner output, batch range and build against other industrial rice cookers, since those decide how fast you can refill during a rush. Available on Sokonia.
