CKE DES Chafing Dish DZW-SS060, 6.0L Polished Stainless Steel

Our review
The CKE DES Chafing Dish DZW-SS060 is a 6.0 litre stainless steel warming dish in a polished silver finish, made for professional food service rather than occasional home use. Its capacity sits in the middle of the chafing dish range, which makes it a reasonable fit for appetizers, side dishes or medium-sized entrees at corporate functions, hotel buffets and wedding receptions. Buyers running several stations may prefer a larger pan for main courses and this size for sides. Before ordering, confirm the fuel type and stand style you need, since those details are not listed here, and check that the polished exterior suits your setup, as it shows marks more readily than brushed steel. Compare it with similar 6.0L dishes on lid design, pan thickness and how easily parts come apart for cleaning.
