CKE Commercial Rice Cooker 15L GF20Y-15L-A

Our review

This CKE commercial rice cooker is aimed at kitchens that cook rice in large batches rather than single family meals. The listed model is the GF20Y-15L-A, and the headline figure is a 15-litre capacity, though the summary also describes a large cooking capacity often around 8 litres, so confirm the actual usable capacity with the seller before ordering. The body is described as robust, using stainless steel, which matters in a busy kitchen where equipment gets knocked about and cleaned often. It suits restaurants, caterers, canteens, and anyone cooking rice repeatedly through the day. Before buying, check the capacity figure carefully, since the title and summary differ, and think about whether your power supply and counter space can handle a unit this size. Compare it with other commercial rice cookers on capacity, build material, and how easy the inner pot is to replace, since those are the details that decide whether it lasts in daily service. No warranty, price, or delivery details are given here, so ask the seller directly. It is available on Sokonia.
