This Decakila bundt tray is a small carbon steel cake mould with a non stick coating, listed at 2 x 5 x 10.5 cm and 459 g, with a steel thickness of 0.4 mm. The non stick surface is the main draw: it is meant to help cakes release cleanly and cut down on scrubbing afterwards, and the tray is BPA free and oven safe up to 230°C. It suits someone baking small, decorative cakes or individual portions rather than a large family ring cake, so measure your tin and recipe quantities before ordering. Carbon steel heats evenly but can rust if left wet, so dry it thoroughly and avoid metal utensils that scratch the coating. Compare it with silicone or aluminium moulds: silicone flexes for easier release but can be floppy, while uncoated aluminium needs more greasing.
