Decakila Dry Iron KEEN018L 1200W Teflon Soleplate

Our review

This is a straightforward dry iron rather than a steam model, so it suits anyone who presses clothes flat and crisp without needing a water tank or steam bursts. The Teflon soleplate glides over fabric and is easy to wipe clean, while the 1200W element and roughly 20-second preheat mean you are not standing around waiting. The 197x105mm plate is a compact size, handy for shirts, school uniforms and children's clothing, though larger items like bed sheets will take more passes. Mechanical temperature control keeps operation simple, and the auto shut-off adds peace of mind if you leave it unattended. Before buying, check whether you actually want steam, since this model does not offer it, and confirm the 220-240V supply matches your outlet. Compare it with steam irons if you handle heavy cottons or linen, and with lighter travel irons if portability matters more than plate size. The anti-calc function is listed, which is unusual on a dry iron and worth noting. Available on Sokonia.
