This is a straightforward filter coffee machine from DeLonghi, built around a 1.25-litre glass carafe that holds roughly ten cups. At 900W and running on 220-240V, it suits a Tanzanian kitchen socket without a converter. Controls are simple buttons, and the auto shut-off is worth noting if you tend to leave appliances running. It fits households or offices where several people drink filter coffee through the morning and want a jug that stays warm rather than brewing cup by cup. Before buying, think about your counter space: it measures 205mm wide, 225mm deep and 320mm tall, so it needs a little clearance under wall cabinets for refilling. It takes paper filters, which you will need to buy separately, and the glass carafe means careful handling when washing. Compared with pod machines, this is cheaper to run per cup and better for making several at once, but it gives you less variety in strength and no milk frothing. Compared with larger commercial drip brewers, ten cups is modest, so a bigger household may refill often. If you mainly drink espresso or single cups, a smaller brewer may suit you better.
