Delsa Stainless Steel Deep Fryer 2000W 3.5L DF635

Our review

The Delsa DF635 is a countertop deep fryer with a stainless steel body and a 2000W heating element, sized at 3.5 litres. That combination points to a machine aimed at households that fry regularly rather than once in a while: chips, chicken pieces, fish, doughnuts and similar snacks. The stainless steel finish is the practical choice for a kitchen appliance that sees oil and heat, since it wipes down more easily than painted surfaces.
Before ordering, think about how you actually fry. A 3.5L bowl suits small to medium batches, so if you often cook for a large family in one go, a bigger capacity may serve you better. Also consider where it will sit: deep fryers need clear space, a stable surface and ventilation, and the oil has to be filtered and stored between uses. Check the plug and power point you intend to use, since a 2000W element draws a fair amount of current.
Compared with basic fryers, the draw here is the stainless steel build and the wattage rather than extra controls or digital features, which are not part of the listed specification. If you want simple, dependable frying without paying for gadgets, this is the kind of model to shortlist. It is available on Sokonia.
