Delsa Stainless Steel Pressure Cooker 3L

Our review

This is a three-litre pressure cooker from Delsa, built in stainless steel. The capacity is the main thing to think about: three litres is a small-to-mid size, so it tends to suit one or two people, a couple cooking modest batches of beans, rice or stew, or anyone who wants a second smaller pot alongside a bigger one. If you regularly cook for a family of five or batch-cook for the week, a larger capacity will usually serve you better.
Before buying, check the cooker's own packaging or listing for the details that matter on any pressure cooker: the working pressure, whether it is suitable for your hob type, the safety valves and locking mechanism, and whether spare seals and parts are easy to find. Stainless steel is a reasonable choice if you want a pot that does not react with acidic foods like tomato or tamariki sauces, and it is generally heavier than aluminium equivalents.
Compare it with other 3L cookers on the same marketplace on body material, pressure rating, handle design and seal availability, since those affect both cooking results and long-term upkeep. It is available on Sokonia.
