Dolphin Inverter Air Conditioner 24000 BTU D-24BTU

Our review

The Dolphin D-24BTU is a 24000 BTU inverter air conditioner, a capacity that generally suits larger living rooms, open-plan spaces, small offices or shops rather than a single bedroom. Inverter technology means the compressor varies its speed instead of switching fully on and off, which is how it holds a steadier temperature and draws less power over long running hours. It also has an auto restart system, so it resumes its previous settings after a power cut, a practical detail in Tanzania where outages are common. Before buying, confirm the room size and ceiling height match 24000 BTU, check whether your wiring and breaker can handle a unit this size, and decide between wall-mounted split and other types. Compare inverter against non-inverter models on running cost, and check installation and after-sales support, since those matter as much as the unit itself. Available on Sokonia.
