Dolphin Stand Fan 1830 with Timer and Speed Control

Our review
The Dolphin 1830 is a pedestal fan built around two conveniences: a timer and speed control. The timer lets you set the fan to switch itself off, which suits bedrooms, rented rooms and anyone who dislikes leaving an appliance running all night. Speed control means you can drop it to a gentle setting for sleeping or push it higher when a room needs more air movement. The blades are plastic, so the fan head stays relatively light, and the stand format lets you angle airflow across a room rather than from a single low point. It suits households wanting a floor-standing fan with a shut-off option, and buyers who prefer a simple mechanical setup over app-connected devices. Before ordering, check the voltage and plug type used where you live, confirm the height range and blade diameter if those matter to you, and think about whether you want oscillation, a remote or a metal-bladed build, since those are common differences between stand fans. Compare the timer range and number of speed settings against other models, because those two details shape daily use more than looks. Available on Sokonia.
