Frigidaire FD5157 Blender 1.5L with 2 Grinders, 550W

Our review

The FD5157 is a Frigidaire countertop blender built around a 1.5-litre jug, with two grinder attachments included and a 550W motor. Four speed settings plus a pulse function let you move between gentle mixing and short bursts of power, and the four-wing stainless steel blades handle the actual blending. A nonslip foot keeps the base steady while it runs. This setup suits a household that wants one machine for both wet blending and dry grinding, since the grinders save you buying a separate spice or coffee mill. Before ordering, think about how often you blend tough ingredients, because motor wattage matters more there, and check that the jug size and grinder capacity fit your usual portions. Compare it with other blenders that include grinders, and weigh up whether you would rather have a single jug with more speeds or this two-grinder arrangement. Available on Sokonia.
