Hisense Chest Freezer 213L FC-28DD

Our review

The Hisense FC-28DD is a chest freezer with a 213-litre total volume and a 157-litre net capacity, so the usable space is smaller than the headline figure suggests. It runs on 220 V at 50 Hz, draws 1.0 A, and uses R600a refrigerant with cyclopentane blowing gas. Freezing capacity is listed at 9.0 kg per 24 hours, which suits households buying meat, fish or produce in bulk. Before buying, measure your floor space against the 1106 x 654 x 925 mm packing dimensions and confirm the net capacity fits your usual load. Compare with upright freezers if you want easier access, or smaller chest models if space is tight.
