Hisense Duct Inverter Air Conditioner 48000BTU AUD-48UX/TX

Our review

This is a ducted, inverter-driven air conditioner from Hisense rated at 48000BTU, with both cooling and heating modes. That capacity and format point to large homes, offices, or commercial rooms where a single indoor unit would struggle, and where ducting can be planned into the ceiling rather than mounted on a wall. Because it is an inverter model, it is built to vary its output instead of switching sharply on and off, which suits rooms that are occupied for long stretches. Before buying, confirm your room size and heat load, check that ceiling space and duct routes work in your building, and make sure a qualified installer is available, since ducted systems are not a DIY job. Compare it with other ducted inverter units of similar capacity on noise, airflow design, and how easily parts and service can be found locally. If you need heating as well as cooling, this one covers both. Available on Sokonia.
