Hisense 36L Solo Digital Microwave 1000W H36MOMMI

Our review
This Hisense H36MOMMI is a solo digital microwave, meaning it heats and defrosts but does not grill or bake. Its 36-litre cavity and 1000 watts put it in the larger, faster end of countertop microwaves, so it suits households cooking for several people, reheating big plates, or defrosting family-sized portions. The ten power levels and push-button controls give finer control than a simple dial, and the mirror finish is mostly about looks. Before buying, measure your counter space and check the wattage suits your kitchen circuit. Compare against smaller 20 to 25 litre models if you rarely cook in bulk, and against grill or convection microwaves if you want browning or baking. Available on Sokonia.
