Our review
The Hisense TriChroma 4K Laser Mini Projector C1 is a compact home projector built around an unusual light engine: instead of a single lamp or LED, it fires pure red, green and blue lasers. Hisense says this TriChroma approach reaches 110% of the BT.2020 colour space, a wider palette than most displays can show. That matters most if you watch a lot of colour-rich content, such as animated films, nature documentaries or HDR streaming, and you want the picture to look vivid rather than washed out. It suits someone setting up a dedicated room or a bright living space who is willing to pair the projector with a proper screen and control ambient light. Before buying, check the throw distance you need for your room, how you will feed it content, and how it will sound, since none of those details are given here. Compare it with other laser projectors on colour coverage, brightness and resolution, and weigh whether a mini projector's smaller body fits your setup better than a full-size unit.
