Our review
The Hisense 98Q6Q is a 98-inch 4K QLED smart TV built around a Quantum Dot panel, so it leans on colour volume and brightness rather than the deeper blacks of OLED. Its 144Hz refresh rate, variable refresh rate and auto low latency mode point to serious gaming use, while Dolby Vision, HDR10+ and Dolby Atmos cover film and streaming. HDMI 2.1 inputs matter if you plan to connect a current console or a PC. This set suits a large living room or a dedicated media room where seating is far enough back for a screen this size. Before buying, measure the wall, confirm the stand or mount can carry a panel this big, and check that your room lighting and viewing distance let a 98-inch screen feel comfortable rather than overwhelming. Compare it with other 98-inch QLEDs and with 83-inch OLEDs, which trade some size for deeper contrast. If your priority is sheer scale with gaming-friendly motion, this is the kind of set to shortlist. It is available on Sokonia.
