Ingco ALS1602 4-Piece 1.6mm x 5m Line Spool for Lithium-Ion Grass Trimmers

Our review

This is a four-piece pack of replacement trimmer line spools from Ingco, model ALS1602. Each spool carries 5 metres of 1.6mm spiral line, giving you a decent amount of cutting cord to work through before you need to think about restocking. The spools are made for Ingco lithium-ion grass trimmers, and the listed compatible models are CGTLI20018, CGTLI20328, CGTLI20301, UCGTLI20301, CGTLI203285 and CGTLI203285. If your trimmer is not on that list, it is worth confirming the fit before you buy, since spool shapes and mounting points differ between brands and even between models. The 1.6mm diameter suits light trimming and edging work rather than heavy brush clearing, so it is best matched to a standard garden trimmer used on grass and weeds around a home or small plot. Spiral line tends to run quieter and feed more smoothly than some twisted alternatives, though it can wear faster against hard surfaces like walls and paving. When comparing options, check the line diameter and length per spool, the number of spools in the pack, and whether the spool fits your specific trimmer model. Buying a multi-pack usually works out better value than single spools if you trim regularly. This item is available on Sokonia.
