Ingco CSLI18511 20V Brushless Circular Saw, 185mm Blade

Our review

This is a cordless circular saw from Ingco, model CSLI18511, running on a 20V battery and using a brushless motor that spins the blade at 4800rpm with no load. The 185mm blade sits on a 20mm arbor, and the saw cuts up to 65mm deep at 90 degrees or 45mm when the blade is tilted to 45 degrees. Both cutting depth and bevel angle can be adjusted, which makes it useful for crosscuts, ripping sheet material and trimming timber at an angle.
It suits someone already invested in Ingco's 20V battery platform, or a carpenter, fitter or DIY user who wants a portable saw for framing, shelving and general site work rather than heavy continuous cutting. Because it is cordless, runtime depends entirely on which battery you fit, so check the amp-hour rating of the pack you plan to use and whether a charger is included in the listing.
Before buying, confirm the blade size and arbor match blades you can easily replace locally, and think about whether 65mm maximum depth covers the timber you normally cut. Compare it with corded saws of similar blade size, which usually offer more sustained power, and with other 20V brushless saws, where battery compatibility and bevel range are the main differences.
