Ingco Double Open End Spanner 12x13mm HDSPA12131

Our review

This Ingco spanner is a double open end wrench with 12mm and 13mm openings, one at each end. It is made from Cr-V, or chrome vanadium steel, and has a chrome plated matt finish. The two sizes sit close together, so it suits someone who already works with 12mm and 13mm fasteners and wants both in one tool rather than carrying two separate spanners. It is a reasonable pick for bicycle and motorcycle maintenance, small engine work, furniture assembly and general household repairs where those two sizes appear often. Before buying, check the bolt or nut size you actually need, because a 12x13mm spanner will not fit 10mm, 14mm or imperial fasteners. Also confirm whether you prefer a flat or offset head, since offset spanners give more knuckle clearance in tight spots. Compare with a combination spanner if you need a ring end for stubborn nuts, or with a single size spanner if you only ever use one of these two. The matt finish is less reflective than polished chrome, which some users prefer for grip and appearance. Available on Sokonia.
