Ingco Double Open End Spanner Set 8pcs HKSPA2088

Our review

This Ingco set gives you eight double open end spanners in the common paired sizes: 6x7, 8x9, 10x11, 12x13, 14x15, 16x17, 18x19 and 20x22mm. The double-ended layout means each tool covers two adjacent sizes, so the set spans roughly 6mm to 22mm without doubling the number of pieces you carry. The spanners are fine polished, which helps them wipe clean and resist the grime that builds up in workshop use, and they arrive packed on a plastic hanger for hanging on a pegboard or rack.
This suits a home mechanic, a fundi doing general repair work, or anyone building a first toolkit who wants a compact range of open-ended sizes rather than a single spanner. It is also a sensible pick if you already own a socket set and just need open ends for nuts where a socket will not fit.
Before buying, check the sizes you actually need against the eight pairs listed, since a set like this will not cover every nut on every vehicle or machine. Also think about whether you prefer open ends, combination spanners or a ring end for stubborn fasteners, and whether you want a roll or pouch instead of a hanger. Compare the size range and finish with other spanner sets in the same class, and confirm the drive or jaw style suits your work. Available on Sokonia.
