The Ingco GWP302 is a petrol-driven water pump built around a 208cc, 7.0HP engine with recoil starting and a 3.6L fuel tank. Its 80mm suction and discharge ports, 1000L/min maximum flow and 32m maximum head lift put it in the working class of pumps used for moving large volumes of water rather than topping up a garden tank. It suits contractors, farmers and site managers who need to shift water away from flooded ground, empty a pit, or push water over a distance where a small electric pump would struggle. Before buying, work out the total head you actually need, since every metre of vertical lift and every metre of hose adds resistance, and check that your suction hose matches the 80mm port.
