Ingco HVLP Floor-Based Spray Gun 550W SPG5008

Our review

This is a floor-based HVLP spray gun from Ingco, powered by a 500W motor running on 220-240V at 50/60Hz. It is the kind of tool that suits someone with a steady stream of painting work, such as a workshop spraying furniture, doors or fencing, rather than a one-off touch-up job. The 800ml container and 850ml/min maximum flow mean fewer refills on larger surfaces, while the 0.1-0.2Bar spraying pressure and 50DIN-s maximum viscosity point to thinner materials rather than thick pastes. Before buying, check that your paint or stain falls within that viscosity range and that you have the right thinning ratio, since HVLP guns reward proper preparation. The 2.0m cord is short, so plan your power access. Compare against smaller handheld sprayers if you only paint occasionally, and against compressor-driven guns if you already own a compressor. The included viscosity cup, cleaning needle and shoulder strap cover the basics for setup and upkeep.
