This is a corded mitre saw from Ingco, model BM2S24007, running on 220-240V at 2400W with a 305mm blade and a 30mm bore. The no-load speed is 4500rpm. Its stated cutting capacity covers four positions: at 0° mitre and 0° bevel it cuts 95mm high by 310mm wide; at 45° mitre and 0° bevel, 95mm by 210mm; at 0° mitre and 45° bevel, 57mm by 310mm; and at 45° mitre and 45° bevel, 57mm by 210mm. It ships with a carbon brush, extension bars, a TCT blade and a dust bag.
This suits someone cutting skirting, architraves, studs and general trim who wants mitre and bevel capability in one bench tool. Before buying, check the blade bore matches the 30mm spindle if you plan to swap blades, and confirm the maximum crosscut of 310mm covers your widest stock. Compare against smaller 210mm or 255mm saws if you mostly cut narrow trim, since a 305mm blade adds reach but also weight and bench space.
