Ingco Spirit Level 60cm Aluminum HSL18060

Our review

This is a 60cm spirit level from Ingco, model HSL18060, made from aluminum with a 1mm thickness and the brand's own design. It arrives packed in a color sleeve. The 60cm length sits in the middle of the common range, long enough to check door frames, window sills, shelving and short wall runs without being awkward to carry or store. It suits a homeowner, fundi or apprentice who wants a straightforward level for general building and fitting work rather than a specialist trade tool. Before buying, think about the length you actually need: a shorter level is easier in tight spots, while a longer one gives a truer reading across wider surfaces. Check the vial readability and whether the frame feels rigid, since aluminum levels can flex if roughly handled. Compare it with other aluminum levels of similar size on build quality and how the edges sit against a surface.
