Our review
This is a single-tank gas deep fryer from Nadstar, model HGF-73, built around an 11-litre tank and supplied with two baskets. The body is stainless steel #430, it measures 580x450x480mm, and it runs on gas with a stated heat flux of 8kw/h. The two-basket layout suits someone cooking two items at once, or a small kitchen that wants one fryer instead of two. Because it is gas rather than electric, you will need a suitable gas supply and ventilation, and the 19kg net weight means it is best treated as a fixed counter or floor unit. Before buying, compare tank capacity, heat input and basket count against your expected volume, and check the dimensions against your available space. If you mainly fry chips or chicken in modest batches, this size is worth weighing against smaller single-basket fryers and larger twin-tank units. It is available on Sokonia.
