Nadstar 47-Piece Porcelain Dinner Set, Dark Red (RSPD002)

Our review

This is a 47-piece porcelain dinner set from Nadstar in a dark red finish, listed as model RSPD002. Porcelain is denser and less porous than earthenware, so it tends to hold up better to daily washing and reheating, and this set is stated as both dishwasher and microwave safe. That makes it a reasonable fit for a household that cooks and eats at home often and wants one matching service rather than odds and ends. Before buying, confirm the full contents, since the listing summary is cut off after the eight-piece count, and check that 47 pieces matches the number of place settings you actually need. Porcelain still chips and cracks if knocked, so avoid abrasive cleaners and pads, and stop using any piece that is cracked or chipped because broken stoneware has sharp edges. Compare against stoneware sets if you want something more forgiving of rough handling, or against bone china if you want a lighter feel. Available on Sokonia.
