Nadstar BMS30J Spiral Dough Mixer 30L Two Speed
TSh 4,761,000
Our review
The Nadstar BMS30J is a spiral dough mixer with a 30-litre bowl, listed as handling up to 12.5kg of dough, and it runs at two speeds, 250 and 125 RPM. Unlike a single-motion mixer, both the dough arm and the bowl turn, which the maker says raises mixing speed and efficiency. It is aimed at bakeries, hotels, canteens and catering kitchens that knead regularly and want a step up from a small planetary or hand mixer. A protect cover is fitted, and the machine is described as easy to operate and safe. Before buying, think about your typical batch size and whether your power supply suits a machine of this class, since no electrical details are given here. Compare it with other spiral mixers by bowl capacity, number of speeds, and whether both arm and bowl move, as those are the points that separate models in this range. It is available on Sokonia.
