This is a very large insulated serving vessel from Nadstar, built in stainless steel with a redberry finish and a stated 50,000ml capacity. That size puts it in catering and large-household territory rather than everyday family use: think weddings, funerals, church gatherings, office lunches or anyone regularly feeding a crowd. Because it is insulated, it is meant to hold food at temperature rather than cook it, so it works best when dishes go in already hot or already chilled.
Before buying, think about where you will store it and whether you can lift it when full, since a container this big gets heavy once loaded. Check that the lid seals properly and that the inner pot suits the foods you serve most, as stainless steel handles stews, rice and pilau well but is less ideal for long acidic storage.
