Our review
The Nadstar Standing Cake Mixer B40B is a floor-standing mixer with a 40-litre bowl capacity, listed by the brand as a cake mixer. That size puts it well beyond home baking: it is aimed at bakeries, cake businesses, catering kitchens and anyone mixing in batches rather than single cakes. If you mostly bake at home, a smaller countertop machine will usually be easier to store and clean. Before buying, confirm the bowl capacity matches your typical batch, check the power supply and plug type available where you will use it, and ask about the mixing attachments and bowl material, since none of these are stated in the listing. Compare against other 40-litre standing mixers on build, spare part availability and local service support, as these matter more than headline capacity once the machine is in daily use.
