Nadstar HGR-1 Commercial Gas Burner, Single, Stainless Steel

Our review
The Nadstar HGR-1 is a single commercial gas burner aimed at cooks who work with very large pots rather than everyday family pans. Its stainless steel body is described as hygienic and easy to clean, and the heavy-duty cast iron grate is intended to carry the weight of big stockpots while the burner is designed to get strong output from relatively little gas. That combination points to a small kitchen, caterer, or food stall where one powerful station does most of the heavy cooking. Before buying, confirm the gas type and pressure you use, the pot diameter the grate can safely hold, and whether the unit needs assembly or a hose and regulator you already own. Compare it with multi-burner commercial ranges if you often cook several dishes at once, and with lighter domestic burners if you only occasionally use a large pot. It is available on Sokonia.
